Happy Easter: Deviled Eggs
Hi everyone,
It’s almost time for Easter weekend where everyone cooks special meals for the holiday. Deviled eggs are the perfect dish for Easter and can be enjoyed by many as a great appetizer for a dinner party or just a snack for yourself. This recipe is easy and is relatively quick to make with simple ingredients.
Things you need:
- eggs (as many as you want to make)
- dijon mustard
- mayo
- minced onion
- salt & pepper
- paprika
First, you will need to hard boil the eggs on the stove then drain the eggs and put them in cool water for a few minutes. After that, you peel the eggs and slice the eggs in half. Then, you take the yolk out carefully from each half and put the yolk into a bowl. Mash up the yolk and add mustard, mayo, onion and salt and pepper. Spoon the yolk back into the egg white halves and sprinkle the papricka on top.
This recipe is good way to celebrate Easter and can also be made at any other time throughout the year. I hope you enjoy this meal and have a great holiday weekend.
-Sarah
