Around the world…to Italy!
I am continuing our journey around the world and decided to make a delicious Italian dish that can be used for lunch, dinner or even a quick snack. I lived in Italy for two years when I was little and this was my absolute favorite thing to eat and still is when I go to Italian resturants. It is called “caprese” but many of you may know it as mozzarella and tomato. It is really easy to make for any occasion.
Things you need:
Extra Virgin Olive oil
First, you cut the tomatoes into slices. Then put the slices on a plate and top them each with a mozzarella ball or two (however much you want). After you finish these steps, you are basically done with the meal. All you have to do is add some olive oil and vinegar to add some extra flavor.
