Slender Spring Break: Chicken Ceasar Salad
For all of you on Spring Break this week, I hope you are enjoying it. I know I am. Today, I decided to make a meal that was healthy and easy. It’s a Chicken Caesar Salad- one of my favorites.
Things you will need:
Frozen Chicken Breasts
Light Ceasar Dressing
First, grill the chicken breast on the stove in a frying pan on medium-high heat. Grill each side of the chicken for about 5 minutes. Once the chicken is no longer pink, remove the chicken from the pan and cut them into slices. After cooking the chicken, cut the romaine lettuce and put into a large bowl. Then add the cheese, croutons and chicken slices on top. When all of the ingredients are put into the bowl, put the dressing on the salad and enjoy.
Chicken ceasar salad is a great easy and healthy meal that can be served for lunch or dinner. Happy eating.
