Fresh Fruit

Do you have a sweet tooth?

Fresh fruit is a healthy and easy way to satisfy the craving for sweets.

I bought a pineapple and a package of strawberries to eat for breakfast over spring break.  It is extremely easy to prepare.  Once you cup up the fruit make sure to refrigerate it!  It will last you at least a week.

The left overs could even be put into a fruity cocktail or frozen drink!  Enjoy this beautiful weather!

I was so excited to eat the fruit that this picture was taken mid meal.  Usually the bowl is a bit more full, oops! You can see my fork about to dig in.
