Healthy Haze Hummus

Ingredients: Pita Chips, Hummus and veggies

This weeks theme is “healthy haze.”  One of my favorite snacks that can also be an easy meal on the go is pita chips and/or carrots dipped in hummus.  My personal favorite is roasted red pepper hummus but there are many different types including traditional, spinach & artichoke, garlic, sun dried tomato and many more.

Hummus is a great source of protein and is also very healthy. Try it!
