To continue with our kegs and eggs week, I am making egg salad. This is one of my favorite meals to eat, especially with the great weather starting. It is a delicious meal that can be eaten for a snack, lunch o
r dinner. It is also very easy to make.
Here is what you will need:
Hard boiled eggs
First, boil all of your eggs (depending on how many people are eating, you can use as many eggs as you want), dice them and put them in a bowl. Then, add about 2 tablespoons or so of mayonnaise along with 1 tablespoon of mustard (it can be any kind you like). And you’re finished. You can eat egg salad alone or put it on a sandwich. It is also good with crackers too for a snack. This meal is quick to make for any time of the day.
