Goldfish Nachos

Hey guys,

During our “cheap date” week I felt like putting my own spin on the whole idea of date.  My recipe is an essential for any “man date,” that is when two dudes hang out watch TV and just kick it.  With the hockey playoffs beginning this week it is about all I can think about and this recipe came up between me and my friends while we were watching a game last night.  I discovered this special recipe with some of my closest friends one really late night.  This nacho recipe may seem very plain, but the little spin I put on them makes them an unheard-of  specialty.  In honesty, my friend was the one who insisted I make this post so I decided to indulge him.  For your next “man date” I present to you goldfish nachos. Grab a buddy and share my secret late night munchie recipe.

What you need:

• Nacho Chips
• Cheese
• Cheddar Goldfish

Cover your plate in nacho chips and then sprinkle a good amount of cheese and goldfish on top, add layers if desired.

You can either make a quick plate in the microwave or heat up the oven and make a huge batch!
